CONTEXT
The shift to a digital economy has pushed companies to deliver better products faster, leading to the adoption of DevOps and CI/CD for more efficient software delivery. However, this shift also requires organizations to rethink strategies to stay competitive.
While DevOps practices and tools have improved modern software development, their ROI remains unclear to many IT leaders. Product and engineering teams struggle to measure and manage their delivery efficiency due to disconnected processes across feature teams, tools, and applications. Adding to the challenge, CIOs are now evaluated on their ability to deliver high-quality, defect-free software that drives customer engagement and revenue.
That was the reason why we created VSM to help top management stakeholders gain full visibility of entire software delivery processes.
I created number of concepts, delivered POC and established the product vision for the VSM
