CONTEXT
To meet growing demand, Homehello expanded its operations to major cities like Melbourne and Brisbane. Alongside this geographic growth, the company launched significant platform updates, including two new mobile apps—one for clients and another for partners.
As part of the Agile team, I was responsible for the experience strategy and visual design of these cross-platform mobile apps. Between September and December 2015, I led the UX efforts, creating key deliverables and presenting them to product managers to ensure alignment and impact.
